2,500 tonne of rebar

We were awarded this contract on the back of completing several previous projects for our client on time and on budget.
This project consisted of a large double height basement, 600mm thick podium slab with floors covering the podium layout upto 10 levels.
There were then two towers, one reaching 19 floors, and the other reaching 22 floors.
This project ran for 18 months and at its busiest period had 28 steel fixers on site.

1,150 tonne of rebar
£195,000.00
We were awarded this contract on completion of 1200 tonne in Stepney Green for our client.
We placed 1150 tonne of mixed rebar here, utilising the HY-TEN BAMTEC system to complete the slabs very quickly. We had a turn round of 25 tonne fixed per slab in 2 days, mainly 10mm diameter bar.
This project was again completed on time and led to us being awarded another contract from out client.

This project consisted of 5 RC Frames all live at the same time.
3 number upto 7 floors, 1 to 5 floors, and the last one upo 3 floors.
On this project we again used HY-TEN BAMTEC roll matts for the slabs.

125 tonne of rebar & formwork

This project consisted of 125 tonne of rebar being fixed in suspended beams plus formwork to columns and walls.
We also had 285 m2 of soffit to erect.
We supplied all formwork materials on this project.
